Register once, download the offline application, and work from your own device. BBS and project data are intended to remain local—not stored in CIVANTA cloud. Smart drawing import is designed for machine-readable BIM/CAD/vector drawings, with manual parametric BBS as the dependable fallback.
The planned registration/licensing service only needs account and activation information. Drawings, BBS schedules, quantities and project files are intended to remain in the local RebarX database unless the user explicitly exports or shares them.
RebarX should not claim that ordinary OCR can understand every structural drawing. The smart workflow is for machine-readable digital drawings where text, vectors and geometry can be analysed. Raster/scanned drawings fall back to manual BBS entry.

A simple structured .xlsx workbook can be read directly from its cells. This is not image OCR: RebarX extracts machine-readable Excel values locally and converts valid rows into BBS records.

When smart import cannot confidently identify a bar, RebarX should request Shape Code + A/B/C/D/E/F… and calculate from verified inputs rather than guessing.
